Anyway.

To start, I'm terrible at critiquing models, I'm also a terribly picky person.:( Understand that I do appreciate the effort applied (even if people think "Phantoms shouldn't get ships").
So:

Pretty good model for your third attempt. Hmm... Overall shape and design (minus the "wings") reminds me of an A-Wing. Personally, I think those four wings would fit better at the back and angled behind the ship. For now, it doesn't look much like a Phantom ship. Tooo... "Cute" I guess.
