Respected Admiral,

As you may already know, the construction of the Consortium Research Facility (A modified model of the Zephyr) has already undergone construction in Singapore, pending it's completion, we would like to humbly request the excelling engineers of the Order to upgrade the armor of our new research facility. We will of course pay the engineers generously for the armor as well as supply you with the necessary materials. The facility represents one of the most important assets of the Consortium and it may encounter extreme dangers, thusly we are looking for armor exceeding any standard armor upgrades. Should you facilitate us with the armor, we will gain a larger appreciation of the Order and for it's engineering as the facility will have the best protection. To prevent such technology from becoming subject to salvaged acquisition, the facility posesses an auto-destruct function if a necessary situation arises; however, that should never be used as the ship will always be protected by the consortium as a priority, nor will it stray too far from our home.
