Yeah, I realise that, Marvin, and I assume that others do too. It's just that the current ID is so damn dictative when it comes to relations. Not to mention that in the end, vigilantes are simply Freelancers/Mercs who kill for their ideals rather than for money. Bit of a double standard for the lawfuls, actually.

Agreed that after somebody has been proven to be a vigilante, i.e. it has been proven that they pick fights with unlawfuls they should not be treated too cuddly, especially by the more professional militiaries, but until that point all the law knows about them is that they're civilians rich enough to afford their own ships, again just like Freelancers.
