This should be where Nighthawk comes in and says the Roc's overpowered.

The Roc and Eagle are better than most of the ships on my proposed list, really. Raven's Talon could be an issue, but in-RP, if a pirate can get it and it's made by the IMG, why couldn't a vigilante?

The Marauder's infocard... I've said it too many times. Read it sometime.

The Crow's infocard says nothing about who makes it or who can buy it, so I assume "completely generic".

There's nothing saying which company makes the Tiger Shark, only that it's made in Rheinland.

The Virage is built by the Zoners for the primary purpose of selling to other people. Considering the Zoners, I don't think they particularly care who those "other people" are.

The Havoc was originally made as a military bomber, but Ageira decided to go after more profits. I'd say it's at least a candidate for consideration.

Most of the freighters don't specify who makes them, and they're considered "house civilian" for the purposes of the equipment chart - which even the local pirates can somehow get. So once again, I question why vigilantes shouldn't be able to get them.

The ID shouldn't make the Vigilante more allied with the house police/military. They shouldn't be too fond of civilians taking "law" in their own hands (while actually ignoring the laws). They always have the chance of tolerating them if their current activities happen to be desirable, but not in general.

Yeah, not too fond of it. That's why I haven't suggested allowing them to ally against all criminals. But let's say Mon'Star decides to pay you a little friendly visit, and there's some vigilante bombers nearby. Are you going to refuse their help because they're breaking the law, or are you going to take whatever help you can get against a homicidal maniac? Which, I hasten to add, is not something just applied to Mon'Star; in-character, I'd think that all houses paint their friendly neighborhood terrorist faction as psychopathic killers.
