Clarification: To the Outcasts

I somehow fail to see how this looks different at all from the current Falcata. It's just a reskinned Falcata with a bigger ring. I really don't get it.

Well, a couple of things.
First, it actually has the borderworlds texture. Second, the ring is actually characteristic, if you look carefully, you will notice the difference between the current Falcata round ring, to the Cutlass' ring, which looks precisely like the one of the Sabre.
