Aye, you can assign it into its own weapons group

For example on one of my bombers I have an Inferno and SNAC in their own weapons group and hit 'Q' to fire. In another it is in a group all its own and my mouse wheel fires it

Grouping weapons is great, especially on GB's so you can group your Pulse weapons, missiles and turrets seperate etc
