In the middle of all the shooting and screaming a beautiful lady strolled through the crowded tables. She seemed to tranquilize the chaotic environment caused by Fat Niko. The lady's name was Lena Giovanni, or 'Donna Lena' as the Don used to call her, jokingly suggesting a marriage. Fat Penguino holding the rank of Capo Bastone, also known as 'The Underboss' became the middle-man between Lady Giovanni and the Don. It was his job to arrange the meetings and make sure that the business between the two parties ran smoothly.

Fat Penguino was about to lift himself up from the chair to go talk to Lady Giovanni but quickly noticed that Fat Alfonso was already conversing with her. This lead to Penguino sitting down again knowing fully well that you must treat all members of the Familia with utmost respect and therefore allowed Alfonso to continue his talk.
