Recently the Outcasts and their allies have been hunting these [RA] members. Now these [RA] seem to be running to us for help. One just contacted me about joining the Order. So I told him no, because we do not need such unprofessional soldiers who can't respect high command and causing us a bunch of problems. I saw him flying an order ship that was ID'd and IFF'd Order. I believe it was a very heavy fighter, though I wasn't able to capture the proof of that here's what I did catch.
