//They aren't related at all. But OPG is a Corsair nation and Corsairs do train the Order pilots in exchange for co-existance and order technology. We're not here to revise the Order - Corsair alliance, that was done recently and it got nowhere. Order should work towards securing safe shipments of deuterium towards their bases, and that can be achieved by many way. Asking allies to sacrifice their potential future food shipments isn't one of them.
