If there'd be something to negotiate about I'd agree instantly. Post the QCP's proposal in "Diplomatic Matters" to bring the negotiations forward. By now we have only unofficial parleys many of the CoZ players cannot accept as RP. The QCP group has been asked by our intermediary to publish the proposal on the forums, and untill now nothing happened. Where's the RP post containing the proposal? Take care of that rather than coercing a whole group to react on literally nothing.

It was the CoZ's representative who requested we do the negotiations on Skype. The primary discussions have been done in-RP, and many other 'theoretical' proposal possibilities have been discussion OORP.

The QCP will not participate in free-for-all negotiations with dozens of people yelling at each other. We have supplied a single diplomatic representative, and have been having discussions with the CoZ representative. If you wish to post the proposals in the CoZ thread, then by all means do so (which you have), but the QCP will not participate. Decide your absolute parameters and let your representative negotiate, or don't waste our time. If you wish to move the one-on-one negotiations away from Skype and onto the forums, then I don't have a problem with that, as long as no one but the two representatives post in that thread.
