We don't. QCP can choose to make demands on behalf of anyone we wish, with or without those people's consent or opinions. They may or may not be happy with the QCP for doing so, but we don't care that much.
No 'encypted comms' will be available to all CoZ members, nor all QCP members. Like I said, single representatives.
