This is not real life. What you faction does now is as close to PvP whoring as I've ever seen in an estalished faction. The DW find a target, ensure they have overwhelming firepower, and engage it, without offering a chance for them to negociate, or buy them off. If a hunter spots target, he would propably give them a chance to pay out, in order for the hunter to report that he'd not found the target.
Either roleplay, or find a PvP server. This is not the correct server to wander around shooting folk for the fun of it, for refusing to speak, and for using system chat as an OORP classroom. If you don't like it, leave. If you want to bloody stay, then smarten up, your roleplay is currently atrociously non-existent, and your membership appears to think that the sector is their playground.
