As Ventana already said please do not judge or blame the RM for some indy pilots who cause trouble.

Thats not only for the RM.
Dont judge any official faction on their independent players.

And vice versa of course.
Everywhere are black sheeps, the trick is to set them straight and help them to fit into disco.
If that fails over and over again, Blodo is unfortunately right.
They need a talk with the admins and maybe face a sanction then.
