3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies. Fines will be levied according to the severity of the offence, and the number of times it has occurred.

Consequences :
Fined all credits.

Comments / Instructions :
Rule says don't use out-of-character chat in system chat - so don't do it.
