Would you mind in shifting down a gear or two? The whole aspect of the thread is rather questionable, and this statement comes close to some of the netiquette that is widely accepted on this board (i.e. board rules).
If you really dedicate so much emotion into the game where you deliberately start to hate someone with that passion, just because of an action he did in a GAME which you are not forced to play, and alas not forced to play with him anyway, you might reconsider your attitude direly.
