Pirated by a total idiot, hoping he broke soem rules

I have lawful and unlawful characters. Trust me in that they in no way are part of my real life. In fact many of the pirates active on this forum are some of the best people you could meet. As are many admins and designers of this mod.

I'm seeing some issues here with being able to separate the game from your own feelings. This is unhealthy. You need to detach your own emotions as people on the server are in-character, and will do things that their characters do. If you imagine they are doing this to you, you're going to take it a lot harder than is wise.

Get your head straight or else your time here is going to be short. This is not a threat, but an old hand who's seen people come off the rails because of acting like a lonely shutin.



Also, I've seen you get pirated. Stop rule lawyering and just play along when this happens. Better for you, better for the pirate, better for everyone who has to read the text. We hate seeing this:

//I dropped my cargo instead
//you can't pirate an empty ship
//pirates on this server cant pirate empty ships

And so on. Ruins the immersion, is irritating even when it's correct, and is completely wrong to boot.
