I never thought I'd gone this far, but you stress the environment so much in my point of view, that I'd really like to see some enforcement.

Well but I might overact. Perhaps its better to leave this matter in the capable hands that are doing their jobs ingame, and do it well to enforce the correct policy this server upholds. Like, "being shot on sight by the Rheinland Military if you clown around like that".
