" Commander , while your rank allows you to speak out your opinion , concerning matters such as these , openly , it gives you no power to execute any actions without the permission of the High Command.

Speaking of the High Command , I do believe you have not forgotten that it still exists , if we wanted to hear your stance on this and what actions you would have taken , we would have surely asked , but since we have not done so , I believe it is only fair to assume that we have no use for that information.

It is the High Command , which will ultimately decide how to deal with this matter. I also believe that you trust we can understand exactly what the Elder meant.

For now , only one thing can be said for sure. Attacks on Corsair ships , installations and raiding parties will not be tolerated and will not be allowed. You may commission your carrier where you please , commander. But punishment awaits you and everyone else who wishes to harm our relationship with the Corsair Empire.

For your and every member of the Order's relief , High Command has focused all of it's attention to matters concerning our relations with the Corsair Empire. Taking hasty decisions , while using only a fractions of the information we need , is not something which makes us the organization we are today. We shall investigate every piece of information and act only after doing exactly that. Second hand information and "suggestions" from various members of our organizations , will hardly effect the High Commands final decision. "
