Bad stuff does happen in the rest of liberty but New York really is the worst. The rest of liberty is actually comparable to a few areas in the rest of sirius.
Remember that guy who made a chart showing that New York was more populated than all the 4 other houses together.

And appart from New York, California and Texas, the rest is almost never used by those dumb pirates.

And I am sure it isnt a real LR. I RPed with them and have to say its not the kind of guys to do that. The only group of Junkers they might kill for whatever reason is a group starting by L and finishing by Y.
