Using 3.03, 4.00 and 2.00s would be hard to sync at times.

Plus the Archangels are killer on energy x.x
You can use weapon groups to manage the energy if you don't already.
Use Archangels only when jousting to save energy or only on open hull.

But you would do quite a bit of damage though as an upside to the energy costs and different refires.
