Potential suggestions to improve Phantom and Character interactions

Ok , so , I have tried to read everything in this post and miserably failed at it. Here is my opinion anyways:

From my point of view , the Phantoms need to be re-evaluated as a faction. Their in-game RP excluding a few examples is downright pityfull. What good is it to have a truckload of forum RP if you cant act it out in-game , right ?

People have flamed them over and over again and to be honest , many of them do seem to have a point ( the ones that do exibit the mental capacity to do anything but idiotic unfounded flames). As of now , the name "Phantom" is equivalent to "Admins & Friends PvPWhoring Super Squad" in alot of peoples minds.

So yeah , suggestions: Re-evaluate your RP in-game , change some things in the forum one too if you have to. Stop behaving like evil supermen.
