Certain ship captains were continually abusing your priveleges in spite of the requests we made for them to remove themselves from your facilities. Due to their continued behavior, we have been forced to brand them rogue and deny them access to any or all of our facilties. Since these captains and their ships were abusing your own goodwill, we request that you also deny them access to your facilities as well. Let the Apocalypse ships find succor where they will. There are now dead to us - and we plan on making them that way rather permanently.
