Both Division 18 and Aoi Iseijin are represented by the Wild faction last time I checked, as I understand the nomads are only "split" into two groups, and they're the only two groups that would make sense for there to be any substantial difference.
Keepers = Pure Nomad activity
The Wild (not Das Wilde) = All humans infested or otherwise tampered with by Nomads.
This makes sense because it would only be natural for Nomads in human bodies to act differently, since they've now got this fleshy thing to worry about.
