Greetings Bretonians. I am Roger guillotin, amiral and leader of the Council space forces. My second, Vice-amiral Dulac talk me about your negotiations. The council have always been interested about making an alliance with the sirian houses and we are studying your offer, but we got some problems with some of your treaty points.

First treaty :

Article 1 : No one sirian house warship will be tolerated without our agreement under 30K from the Reunion Station, if you want to have a military presence, it will be at that distance.

Article 3&4 : Any council ship will be authorized to flight into Orkney, with no restriction of class ship or distance from Reunion.

Second treaty :

Article 1 : The commodities accepted in our systems will be negotiate with you. All commodities will not be accepted.

Article 4 : Only the Council can decide what is illegal or not, but be sure that any illegal thing for you, will not leave our systems.
