I think it would be useful if we knew how long it takes for two light bombers to kill a, say, light battleship with marginal armor.

Just so we have an understanding.

Please provide us with the amount of time necessary for two civilian bombers to destroy a cap 4 Osiris.

In this scenario the Osiris is not dodging, nor returning fire. The two civilian bombers are firing at every opportunity provided by their plant.

You must have known I've been drinking. Pointless math is fun when I'm a few sheets to the wind. Here goes.

12 second shield regen time, two SNACs to re-collapse. Bombers begin staggering fire to 8.5s apart to score hits on hull. Every third SNAC hits hull, approx. intervals of 26 seconds between SNAC hits on hull.

2100000 132000 = 1986000 hull remains as of 114 seconds.
1986000 / 132000 = approx. 14.9. 15 shots.
15x26s = 6 minutes, 28 seconds.
