Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned

Ragetti has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the Aug 25, 2009 for:

6.19 Pirates have a right to deal as much damage as they see fit before or after demanding money from a trader ship, but killing trader ship before demanding money or cargo is not allowed. "Halt" is not a demand that justifies destroying a trader.

3.5 Attempts to pose as admins and attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Using an Admin's name without prior consent of the Admin is never allowed.
Threats of sanctions will result in a sanction against those threatening, and may be equivalent in monetary and equipment value to the sanction threatened.

Plus a little note on bounties and the collecting thereof.

Consequences: Perhaps due to an intersection of dark matter, mayhap by the wild energies coursing from the blasted ruin composing the hellish surface of 41's neutron star, a dark surface holding in check the bizzare soup of her strange matter core, but, behold! Ragetti's guns have come to life.

Let us hear their conversation.

"Hey, Excalibur."

"Yes Twilight?

"We're being employed in a supposed act of bounty hunting, for a bounty which doesn't exist, under the conditions that the bounty will be payed upon delivery of the associated funds by the intended victim. Isn't that, technically, extortion?"

"By jove you're right Excalibur!" Exclaimed the newly sentient firearm, possessing a keen mind for law. "That's technically a form of piracy, which I will be no part of."

"Hear hear! Better dead than a slave to a morally repugnant conscious!"

And so they exploded.

Fined all guns. Bounties pursued, if not posted, may be viewed as PVP abuse. Demanding someone pay you X million credits or be hunted forever is not bounty hunting, it's piracy.
