HAH! I figured it out! Silly Shiparch file and the scripting therein. Had to update it. Instead of changing what MAT file it used, I just copied the bw_ships.mat over the hw_s_lf.mat file, and changed how many engine nozzles the game recognized as being on the ship (so all three engines are recognized).

Did some little adjustments of the parts after looking at how they rendered in-game, and now...

EDIT: The only problem now is the hit-box. The .sur file needs some serious work, as apparently the exporter isn't making the file quite right.

Currently: Remastering Kiith Somtaaw's Acolyte Fighter. These Homeworld ships need some Sirius work done on them. ^.-
