If you look at our new Diplomacy on the faction feedback

you will find that to be changed now Emily:)

to a much more, VERY fitting diplomacy list.

For now, the phantoms like everyone else in Sirius, Besides the 101st, SOB/BLS, RHA, SCRA, TBH, OPG, Benitez are neutral until they give us a reason to destroy them.

Reasons for us destroying them would be the following.

They attack us.
They get in the way of our war with the Coalition.
They start one hellova war that we cannot let go to pass.

And this accounts to ALL of the factions in Sirius who was not listed above.

We will only be nice to the Outcasts, and We will only hunt Hessians, Corsairs and Coalition ships. Everyone else we have no need for unless you give us a reason to.
