Assaulting the said trader several days later on one character for what was done to your other character is ground for PvP abuse(this kinda like revenge killing you can say.) What's worse is he first claimed his action was out of a bounty collection (which by the way didn't exist then nor now) in order to justify his random attack. Then moments after killing this said trader, the following messages to this trader proved right then and there that his actions were not out of collecting bounties but simply, to scare this trader into giving up an unreasonable amount of money for his other character's unfortunate luck.

So even if this said thief had actually stolen something like gold sitting in mid-air,it is still illegal to make a bounty (in your own head), and fulfill it yourself, especially since it was never posted on the forums which it is required.

Had your friend posted a reasonable (in-RP bounty) and had one of his friends (even you) collect it, it would've been valid and unsanctionable.

With all the respect Sir, You are very wrong writing that it was all done by one character (I mean miner, whale and pirate on the same acc number), because it wasn't. I don't know what screens have You got, but the one I made says something completely different, maybe You watched them in bad order ? First I wrote that there is a bounty for stealing gold, then started to shoot BECAUSE TRADER HAVEN'T STOPPED, even after using 27 (!!) cd's. So please stop writing some divagation, when You haven't got strong proofs for it.

Whole matter is about not mentioned about this bounty at forum, and ok. That is understandable. But it would be fair, if the act he made (trader) was also punished. He made something illegal, that initiated my actions as the pirate. Why You punished only me? He is a Zoner, stealing is against his ID and RP.

I would also like to point out, though it may have changed since then, though he was flying a pirate (bargest) bomber he did, in fact, have both a freelancer tag and ID. Unfortunately the trader did not get a screen of this.

Nothings has changed, from the very beginning, I have FL IFF, Pirate ID everything according the rules. Another wrong information (so many of them in Your post).
