Council hierarchy :

Council is an military organisation, all soldiers got ranks and name for thoses ranks :

The Amiral and Vice-amiral are simply called : Amiral, if the two admirals are present, a soldier must say Amiral followed by the name of this one.

All the others are simply called by their rank, like for the admirals, if they are two, they must be called by rank and their name.

An soldier can also call his superior : Monsieur, or also ,but not very used, Monsieur le "rank".


Military operation of Council :

Council is working like an simple army, soldiers and chief. Any non-respect of the orders of a superior or non-respect of the officer must be reported to the admiralty who will take a decision, a sentence can be pronounced if the soldier have done something prohibited. Any one can be executed, retrograded or banish of the council for an error. A rumor tell that an officer who have make something serious are guillotined.
