Once joining as a Flieger, there was much work to do, but you never neglected your duties in any way.
You have been working on yourself, as High Command expected from you, to fit your new obtained rank.

Looking at this brave soldier, makes every Commanding officer proud.
An example for every soldier in the field.
You worked on your skills as a Flag Officer and due to this High Commands decision was un unision.

Herr Pippart, seeing you beeing part of the Rheinwehr so long and never letting down your duties, nor your men or the Vaterland itself,
Rheinland Military High Commands decision was made, that you are more than fitting the Rank of a Leutnant.
Congratulations to a Flag Officer rank mein Herr.


Hauptfeldwebel August von Speer to Oberleutnant
It is needless to praise Herr von Speers fabolous work in the Rheinland Military ranks.
This pilot did more than just his own duties tied to his rank.
He is advanced in both tactics and diplomatics, capable of obtaning a command post and showed extreme bravery in battle.
Your promotion request to the rank of a Leutnant got declined mein Herr.
Congratulations Herr Oberleutnant.
It does not happen often, that a soldier is overqualified for a rank.
Your access to a Gunboat class vessel was approoved.

The folowing requests have been filed away, until the next promotions.

Haupfeldwebel Andreas Drache
Hauptfeldwebel Drache, for obtaining the rank of a Field Officer, you are in need to be able to decide quick, resolute and without reasonless endangering your men or the Vaterland itself.
RMHC got several reports of brawls with soldiers in bars or in the barracks.
This behaviour is unacceptable for a Rheinland Military Officer of your rank and especialy for a Field Officer, which you applied for.
Change your stance mein Herr and your Field Officer career might open up.
