I think the Admins have the fire power to back up the claims of both the miner and the "pirate" belonging to the same person. That and your bad English shines right through (no offense.)

You weren't pirating in that attack simply because you didn't make a demand you simply said I had a bounty on my head, which was never made on the forums, so in technicality is grounds for PvP abuse.

Another thing is your aggression towards the said trader isn't out of piracy but simply to get you gold back, but once again in technicality if you had the said ID it the time (Which I'm positive you did not, but since I have no proof I'll leave it at that) you were completely right for attacking him.

As far as the whole "he is Zoner! ST3AL1NG IZ AGAINST HIZ ARRPEE!!1!!" line not, there isn't anything saying that tractoring in some rocks someone took the risk of leaving out in the open is against a zoner's "ARRPEE".

I will point out that considering where and when you attacked and blew him up, I strongly blew his cargo was worth 3 or 4 times more than your 5K of gold 7 or 8 times at the suspected drop off point. So in that I think it's safe to say you did a greater or equal amount of damage to his funds. So on a personal note, putting the RP and sanctions aside I think you can call it "even".

As fas as I know Zoners can't take actions in unlawful actions (maybe stealing is legal?), so tell me how miner ship should get 5k cargo ? In a normal clan someone is mining, other person is collectiong. So now, let assume that with miner ship was some kind of guard (bomber/crusier whatever). They are waiting for Whale to collect it, and here they comes 'transporter' collects it without any word, and flew. Can the guard attack him ? For me its 100% YES.
