Naturally.
However, I'd like it if some independents could participate, instead of being lumped together and thrown out all as one. For example, said application process or whatnot might prove useful for letting some of the better roleplayers into this wonderful sounding event.

As I said, the ones we should be wary of are most likely not ones with forums accounts, or ones who check the forum on the offchance they have said account.

Or I could just end up with more time to trade.
I always need more money.
