Idea 2: The Junkers get the Boot

Well, it's been mentioned, but the diplomatic consequences that would result in such a thing happening haven't been totally explained. We all know that the junkers are a bunch of two timing buggers and that's what's kept them alive. Their not a massive faction, but big enough so that if the Corsairs made a move against them then they'd fall straight into the arms of the Outcasts becoming a larger threat. The same thing applies here, if the Gallians were stupid enough to boot the Junkers out of Burgundy and Lorraine then they'd be a massive threat to their isolationism with all their connections. They'd go straight to the Council, Sirius, and all their allies. Then Bourg en Bresse would become the biggest pain in the Royalists back side since the loss of Marne.

Wont happen, Junkers are seen in a 'better light' in gallia than anywhere else in sirius. If the lawfuls in sirius put up with us, the gallic government treats us like kings comparatively speaking.

I think too many players try to apply the sirius view of junkers to how junkers should be perceived in gallia, and it just doesnt work like that. Junkers rarely deal with the unlawful elements of gallia, and when they do it's kept very hush-hush. They openly work for the crown and gallic corprations, though, and as such are far more respected by Gallia than they are by the Sirius houses.
