Looks good, but I don't think you should be enforcing Rheinland Laws outside of Rheinland in the independent systems.

We won't enforce the laws, we will persecute those, who dared to take the Rheinwehr for a ride.

What exactly do you mean by 'Securing the outlying areas of Rheinland'?

The MND allows you, to do some more things as the regular Military. Alongside with this comes a huge piece of responsibility. So we will visit the remote stations of the Rheinland companies from time to time, such as Raubling, Rugen and Solaris. It is not that we persecute smugglers at all cost, but it is in RP, if we punish smugglers, we stumble upon in remote areas.

And what is your stance on the corsairs? Do you consider them just normal pirates such as the Hessians or LWB, or do they pose a more serious threat?

Pfft... the 'Sairs get ganked everytime they come to Rheinland. It is either the Militaries duty to fight them, or the Hessians will throw them out. If we are attacked by them, they will get shot, but we do not openly are playing search and destroy with hungry 'Sairs.

1) securing the outlaying areas of rheinland along with what you marked down as "area of operations" is waaay too large i think. - considering you also put in "interferring with enemies economy" - which is nothing else but privateer duty.... henceforth unlawful actions blessed by the rheinland gov.

I want to point out, that there is a SIGNIFICANT difference between the Privateers and the Marinenachrichtendienst. The QCP are exiled and not backed up by the government, while the MND is bound to the laws of Rheinland and the Kanzlers and the Admirals orders. We won't do this trader-pew-pew very often, and if so, I have prepared several RP scenarios, such as kidnap a trader with goods, which are important for the Rheinland economy.

3) searching for contraband outside of the police action radius. - again... too foggy. - outside the police action radius ... does that mean places off the lanes INSIDE rheinland? or again... practicly wherever you like?

As I mentioned before: if we stumble accidently over a smuggler, he will get in trouble. But it is not our primary duty to watch actively for them.

4) scounting enemies backup areas ... elaborate that. - again, lots of freedom without a specific description of what it includes.

That means that agents are allowed to fly around in Liberty for RP scouting purposes. War, you know?. If they are detected, then they will get ganked perhaps. It's up to their responsibility.

5) already said it. - its privateer duty with an action radius too large. - limit it, imo.

It will be limited to fighters/bombers probably. Gunboats are primary scouting and interception vessels.

shipchoice looks OK - although i m not certain about rheinland military crafts. - rheinland bomber / heavy bomber should may be left to the military - while an organization that is also meant to act mainly independently and sometimes further away should rather use the SHF patrol craft.

No. I don't want the SHF in the ship list. It's a police ship and we are bound to the military.
