1) securing the outlaying areas of rheinland along with what you marked down as "area of operations" is waaay too large i think. - considering you also put in "interferring with enemies economy" - which is nothing else but privateer duty.... henceforth unlawful actions blessed by the rheinland gov.

this one should be very limited to a max of 1 system adjacent to rheinland - if it makes sense in RP. some systems make no sense there - and the edgeworlds as such are too much

more self restraint. - you re rheinland. - if i saw a rheinlander in the edgeworlds - i d get a funny feeling.. if i saw a rheinlander in the edgeworlds trying to enforce a law... i d get a migrane.

2) sounds OK - the wild is a threat ... and a secret service should fit in to fight them

3) searching for contraband outside of the police action radius. - again... too foggy. - outside the police action radius ... does that mean places off the lanes INSIDE rheinland? or again... practicly wherever you like?

4) scounting enemies backup areas ... elaborate that. - again, lots of freedom without a specific description of what it includes.

5) already said it. - its privateer duty with an action radius too large. - limit it, imo.





shipchoice looks OK - although i m not certain about rheinland military crafts. - rheinland bomber / heavy bomber should may be left to the military - while an organization that is also meant to act mainly independently and sometimes further away should rather use the SHF patrol craft.

i d have to add - its OK when you hit a smuggler that is reknowned in rheinland for their evil deeds - but it is NOT ok when you stumble over a smuggler without a reputation in rheinland. - even if its loaded up with cardamine / artifacts or whatever.

if you mean by "independent worlds" only the border systems like bering or o-7 / o-3 etc. - thats almost OK, although the whole omega systems is a very far stretch still. ( its not like rheinland is anywhere close to o-49 / o-50 for example )

if you mean all the non goverened systems ( omicron, sigmas, tau etc. ) its of course just too large and you could also have written ZoI : all but gallia
