That's actually a brilliant string of ideas, Tommy.

We could do it in a linear fashion, like that, or to make the RP environment a bit more hectic and believable, we could stage several smaller events at the same time.


Let me brainstorm briefly...

We should have a different group of events supposedly happening concurrently, with different people in each event. Some could be grabbing a powercell for some reason, some could be rescuing some officers, some could be investigating that good old "unidentified powersource" that's somewhere. Some could be hunting down a Nomad ship that somehow slips past scanners... I'm just tossing out random ideas. We'd probably have three of these.

And all these events which would happen at the same time could all be pieces of the puzzle that is the plot. The members from each of these events would later meet up in the larger event, and the plot would also come together, with brilliant roleplay and such.

And perhaps the BHG could have some of these smaller "vignettes," some of which would cross over with the Order "vignettes."

Sort of like a series of short stories or scenes leading up to a play or book in which the major plot elements (items, research, recon collected) from each are woven together.
