Alaska/Zone21 Or Whatever

BS at gate shooting bad guys at gates will NEVER EVER happen. I've taken a lot of time to think about the best way to prevent power-trespassers (new word haha) from abusing Alaska but most of the solutions still need player participation.

Every solution that involves putting something at gates or JH is a TOTAL no. It cannot be done for balance purposes (how will newly created ships be able to travel to the system? What faction will be the Platforms/BS? Navy Guard or LSF? I know quite a lot of LSF who are still hostile to the LN guard and possibly the opposite as well with the new build. If a transport with lots of shield gets killed, this mean that order and nomad players risks quite a lot if they want to enter liberty space to fulfill their RP and duties.)

Unless Cannon makes a plugin allowing low lvl not to be shot at... but I doubt that. There is a way to deal with those trespassers, it is by logging on and destroying them.
