The epic struggle against lolwutters

That's really a wall'o'text and people can't be bothered to read through that..thing, as 20 pages of thread as well.
At least not me for sure, it's a game...we take it seriusly but there must be a limit to everything.
The question is pretty simple without having to resurrect Freud and/or psychoanalyze every aspect of the problem, sometimes psychology just doesn't help...

Premise: It is a roleplay server which requires knowledge of english.
Solution: Make battleships/destroyers/cruisers factional with individuals having to register them with the faction.

In this way you have:
1: proved the player know english
2: proved that he know roleplay
3: proved that he know collaboration
4: proved he is not a lolwutting cap
End o'story.
Also in this way you have a traceable player database of individual caps and you'd be able to pm any of these players via the forums if something goes wrong or for coordination purposes, to eventually talk with them, without having to tune your playtime to theirs or delegate someone else (speaking from a faction leader pov now).
