OSI had a recruitment thread in the employment office whilst they were un-official, but I guess it is because we have not yet started the process of becoming official, including paying the 500 million credit startup fee.
Exactly, you got it. The only thing to do is just deal with ruined relations and come to the realisation that Artemis will eventually become exclusive contractors to various factions that need extra help - in the example I used earlier, I don't think the Kusari would ever contract you without a miracle happening XD. But that is just something Artemis would have to keep in mind when making their contracts.
