Greetings,

Liberty Civil Authority has given full binding powers to me in this dispute due to my unique position in events that have transpired. At my urging, during informal talks, I requested an open forum due to a breach of Good Faith even though it was unintentional and apologies have been made. However, such a breach of trust needs close examination and brought forward for proper disposition for all concern. The Mercenary House has taken the first of many honorable steps by calling this public forum into existence. I am honored with their acceptance of my request.

Overall, it is the South Alliance position that the Mercenary faction, and indirectly Hell Fire Legion (HF), owes us compensation and it has been agreed to by the very words of Mercenary officials. I shall bring forth evidence of such admission from their very mouths and communications brought into the public eye not by me or the South Alliance but by the HF and Mercenary faction themselves, with plans to act on private communications sent in confidence.

Point 1: Mercenary Denelo stated he would provide compensation if HF used private information for gain,

As is plainly seen BestFlyerHere the XO of HF is using we representing the HF and Denelo is delighted with the news. So, put forth private information was going to be used.

Description : We're a mercenary faction founded by former SF member Demo, and we sell our services to the highest bidder, which can be useful in faction/clan wars. We're neutral to every faction besides the SF (friendly) and SSO (hostile, bounty hunters, opposite of mercenaries). We will offer our services for anyone willing to pay our prices, and we cannot be hired by 2 faction/clans at one time.


From this evidence flows the South Alliances claim to compensation agreed to by the Mercenarys officials. In the Void all we truly have is our honor and the Mercenarys have breached our trust and good faith. Not only that, they have, possible, affected the War we did not want nor start with HF or AW. However, even the HF acknowledge we are winning and as such we are willing to negotiate. Examples of victory comes from the HF own mouths;

..It seems like they (FEAR) just want to join the winning side, which is right now, you (SA).

Point 3: We propose the HF in Good Faith stop the War and step back from the brink, and place the SA in Hostile for we can never be one again, but innocent lives can be saved.


In conclusion, the South Alliance requests, and expects, the Mercenary Faction to provide compensation of no more than 400 million for allowing such a situation to spiral out of control. Their own words and honor bind them to this event. We did not breach the trust and entered into negotiations under good faith expectations and honorable intentions, but received instead a conspiracy with our enemies.
