I notice that you have done considerable research into this. However, one your points is invalid.


Point 2, that we are breaching our own charter, is invalid. We can only be HIRED by two factions at a time, but nothing ever said we cannot have two different factions competing for our services at the same time.

Also, we hardly conspired with your enemies, as they hacked our encoded transmissions, and thus we didn't at all "allow" them access to the private information. And I do not agree with the amount in compensation, as could not lost nearly that much from our mistake, upon which no action has been taken.

As is plainly seen BestFlyerHere the XO of HF is using we representing the HF and Denelo is delighted with the news. So, put forth private information was going to be used.

was nothing like using private information... that was me getting both permission to assist you without being kicked out of HF and a POSSIBLE job offer. I was delighted to hear that because a) I don't like fighting against my friends and b) I remember that Supernova was kicked out of HF when he attacked them with his SSO character, and yes, I know he had already broken a bunch of rules, but I just wanted to make sure.

Thus, no action could have been taken within Roleplaying based on that private information if you had not requested that it be made public. If an action outside of roleplaying HAD been taken, you would have plenty of comensation, HOWEVER, NO ACTION OUTSIDE OF ROLEPLAY WAS TAKEN, and now it would not be outside of roleplay, as YOU have specifically requested that it be made public.
