People will always want caps, but what they need to realize is this is a team game, Multiplayer. 2 VHFs, 2 Bombers, 1 Gunboat, 1 Cruiser, and you can take on the world. Easy. That's what? 6 People? And you already have good chance against the 200 people populating the server at a time.

Ergo: STOP CAPWHORING, IT FAILS.
