Recently, we are receiving reports of officers negotiating on behalf of Order and its allies. Even though, every officer of Order has the right to represent Order's interests if there is no higher ranked officer, any final and approved dialogue has to be concluded by either the High Command or Order Primary Fleet Command depending on the covering of such dialogues.

Therefore;

Fleet Admiral Rand Seith (//Rand Seith - Ophidian)
Admiral Mirage.Bre'Delakorsa(//Eternal)
Admiral Xander Aaron Ainsley Augustus Jacen Bastian Eadbhard Alexander Qayshon Dabney von Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorf (//n00bl3t)

Have the right to give any final decisions on behalf of High Command after discussing the matter within the command council.

Also, with consultancy to the fleet command;

Admiral Asar (//Lancer-X)
Admiral Tovig Kelt(//Tovig.Kelt)
Diplomat Colonel Eric McCormick (//Klaw117)
Diplomat Colonel Matthew Carter (//mives)

have the right to represent Order Primary Fleet upon Order's diplomatic interests.

Any other representation, Order does not accept any diplomatic relation / accusition / consequences that can arise from such dialogues and expect the related parties to contact with the High Command.
