There are no proofs there is no sanction unless not so look in rules? So show me these proofs and it is not necessary to use the power. In rules is 1.3. Where it is rough infringement!

The most terrible weapon is the infantryman, and if the infantryman the guerrilla. It is even more terrible for the enemy. Guerrilla war has carried away set of lives of enemies which even were not known that by them under a sight.
