And how they could mount their equpment? Maybe they could understnad energy, handling, but not equipment.

Where nomad ships are created? they are grown up at nomad worlds.

In the process of hybridization on a small scale, an Incubi is forged with the cerebral cortex, allowing the human to keep it's outer form. It could still fly human ships and mount human weapons on that human ships.

And they're technically not "grown" but created out of energy.
