Dear Lady Tarrant, Countess of Araluen,

Your request to enter the diplomatic service has been received and duly accepted by the Foreign and Colonial Office, given your current situation and social standing. Instructions are being forwarded to your bodyguard via MI5 channels to have him escort you back to New London at the earliest opportunity. Report to the main Foreign Office Building at 12 Whitehall upon your return for your initial briefing and allocation within the diplomatic corps.
