what the recon cruiser HAS right now:

- it is 100% balanced to perform what its meant to do
- it has a perfect hitbox - a hitbox that is much better than one that just approximately fits or offers a one-size-fits-all approach.
- its fairly well detailed in both skinning and modelling

what it lacks:

- it doesn t look stealthy, but then - its hard to stealth a capital warship anyway. - its not meant to be stealthy, its meant to get away when its in trouble ( 4 CMs - even if they are mostly for show - like many other things in disco )
- it is meant to be as powerful as the spyglass in a MUCH smaller body. - this characteristic is only roleplayed though
- the model itself could easily be upgraded and revised to something nicer indeed. - but then, the work involved to make it as good as its now ( techniacally ) is tremendous.

its not on the to-do list cause the current model works just too well. - especially the hitbox is perfect. furthermore, its really meant to be a RP ship. - the order is meant to have somethine like ... 1 or 2 of them for very important recon duties.

when the order needs an average cruiser, they are always free to speak to the zoners for a fearless or something of that sort.
