Greetings.

My name is Adrian DeWinter, I am the CEO of a Private Military Company known as Artemis Galactic Security.
I am not sure who will be reading this, but I am certain it will be members of the Liberty Navy, Liberty Police and Liberty Security Force.
Artemis very recently became Galactic, and since then we have been building up our credits in preparation for our first contract.
The time for our first contract has now come.

Liberty is such a... dangerous place. Just yesterday my Wasupu was attacked directly outside Planet Manhattan. First by Nomads, then by Outcasts.
I understand that you are very focused on your war with Rheinland, but the pirates who wish to harm you manage to deploy several Destroyers, Gunboats and Fighter/Bombers to your capital planet. Daily.
I am sure you know where their bases of operations are located. I am sure that with just a wave of your hand you could turn those bases, and those who occupy them, to dust.
But doing this would be political suicide. The media is always watching, reporting on every single move you make. Any operations you have planned are leaked to the media and heard by those the operations are against. They have time to either increase their defences to counter your task force or simply leave the area before you arrive.
Their Guerilla Warfare has cost you greatly over the last few years, and perhaps dealing with both Rheinland and the pirates of Liberty is too much.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is where we step in. Due to Artemis now being Galactic, we can now perform the function we were born to do. Operating in specific systems, we can patrol and destroy all pirate ships in the systems assigned. We can stop the smugglers several systems before they even make it to your border. And we can turn the pirates bases into dust. No complications. No media frenzy. Just dust, and lots of it.

I offer you, the Liberty Navy, Liberty Police and Liberty Security Forces, a contract. This contract can be specified to options of your choosing. I offer our services against the constant threats of Liberty, the ones of live in Liberty. This contract can run for as much or as little time as you want our services.
You may not wanted our services at all. You may believe you are doing a fine job against the pirates of Liberty. And I agree with you, you are doing a fine job. But can you fly to their bases and attack them first?
Can your warships leave the sanctity of your house and attack the suppliers of your pirates, the Outcasts, at the source?
They can not. But you can hire us to do the politically troubling work for you. Not a credit will leave your pockets at our loses, only the initial payment for our services in your space.
