Regarding any possible contract between the Liberty Navy and Artemis Galactic Security:

At this time, we do not have any special contracts for you that need to be undertaken. I could draw one up, but I would need to consult Vice Admiral MacTavish and Admiral Hale before I did so.

Any contract would be performance-based however. I am against any lump-sum payments with the promise of security, since that security rarely materialises in the promised form or fashion.
